Before any parts will be supplied under warranty, this Warranty Claim Form must first be fully completed and emailed to [email protected]. A decision as to whether part(s) will be supplied under warranty will be provided by TUATARA MACHINERY LTD in writing. Any parts requested that are not covered by warranty must be paid for in full before dispatch. 2. If the part(s) are covered under warranty, dealers or customers should return the replaced old components to Tuatara Machinery Ltd within 10 working days.
